CIA Spring Season 2008

Dates:

Monday---Thursday

April 7^th ---May 23^rd (7 weeks)

Practice:

High School/Middle School---4:00-5:15 pm

Grade School---5:00-6:00 pm

Plan:

Our High School practice is designed for swimmers at the competitive high school swimming level or above. Some time will be spent working on stroke drills, but the majority of the time will be spent on conditioning and race training. Middle-school students that are capable of handling an advance practice and are out of school in time are welcome at this practice.

For our grade school practice, the first four weeks of the clinic we will devote one week to working on each of the four competitive strokes. The last weeks will work on turns and starts along with conditioning.

Registration:

Register on your fist day of practice. Please try to arrive early to facilitate the registration process.

Fees:

$75 fir first child in family

$60 for second child in family

$50 for each additional children in family
